All Eyes On Teenz

Pazzaz is the executive producer of the All Eyez On Teenz television show. All Eyez On Teenz showcases inner city youth and gives them the opportunity to dispel the stereotypical images often portrayed of them by the media.

All Eyez On Teenz is a 30-minute community access television show created for teens and by teens. Teens determine each show's topic and identify guests. Over 125 of these shows have been televised. The program is in a talk-show format, where teens interview guests and field questions from the audience. All Eyez On Teenz is a non-scripted, unrehearsed, and usually unedited program.

There are many benefits to being a member of All Eyez On Teenz. Some of these are: meeting business, community, and political leaders; discussing issues relevant to teens' present and future endeavors; gaining a broader understanding business, community, and national issues, hands-on training in operating camera and other equipment; and learning the inner workings of television production. More importantly, the teens gain a stronger sense of self-confidence and learn to express their views in a positive manner. The teen members must also commit to 20 hours per year for community service, including feeding the hungry, voter registration drive, school clean ups, etc.

Since the program's first telecast in January, 1996, All Eyez On Teenz has been host to over 80 shows, and interviewed a variety of guests. Because of their commitment to the quality of the show, All Eyez On Teenz formed a board of directors to better organize and manage the show. The board of directors is responsible for scheduling monthly member meetings, planning fundraising events, monitoring the conduct of teen hosts, and editing the show if needed.

All Eyez On Teenz airs every Sunday at noon on Cox Channel 24. CHECK IT OUT!
